The staff was amazing. It is cash only though and I don't typically carry cash but it was worth a quick trip to the bank across the street. The french fries were amazing. The cheeseburger was alright.

From out of town and was brought there by a local and told how good it was . The service was not friendly at all and the girl working there was very rude . Felt very unwelcome would not recommend even if the food was good . First impressions are everything .only have one star because I had to .

You haven't been to downtown Chatham if you didn't have a Ben's burger

One of a kind and a long time staple in the former town of Chatham. It's a family run burger joint that has never deviated from it's original taste and concept. Buns are always steamed and super soft. The burgers are fried and have a very distinctive taste. Mike is the son of Ben, so it's stayed in the family for decades. There's lots of town history on the walls as well. I've moved away, but always make a point to stop in for a burger or delicious shake when I'm back in town.

Heard great reviews of Bens. I was really looking forward to it. Ordered cheese burgers and fries. Fries were great but the burgers were just cheap patties you would probably pick up at Walmart. I was hoping for homemade burgers. I left very disappointed! You better not make the same mistake I did, check to make sure it's real meat before ordering!!!!!

There’s a waitress here who is top notch. Her name is Kyla and she is exactly what you would want in a dinner waiter. She knows regulars, she memorizes orders and she’s fast! Kudos to Bens Hotdogs and Hamburgers has the best staff.

This place has been around for 80'ish years? Same family still owns it. The burger I ordered I was not what I expected. It was a double burger. The meat patties were small, but the burger was delicious. If I had known the size of the burgers I would have ordered two, They were fairly inexpensive. The quality of the food was very high. They have these cheese curd fries with gravy, oh man, you have to get an order.
